Mark is an experienced CEO with a successful record of leading customer centric manufacturing and service businesses including extensive experience in the packaging arena. He brings a strong combination of strategic, operational and commercial skills to the team. Prior to joining Aquapak, Mark was President of Coveris UK, part of the 5th largest global packaging business, as well as having earlier leadership roles at Paragon Print & Packaging, and Mondi Group. Before entering the business world Mark served in the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards which he entered following his graduation from Newcastle University.

Julian is a highly experienced entrepreneurial executive in both public and private sector companies, who has taken a broad range of innovative companies and technologies from start-up phase to IPO or trade sale. Julian has had operational and strategic leadership roles in a number of global manufacturing and licensing businesses, both as CEO and CFO, primarily in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sector.

Dr. John Williams

John is a Chartered Chemist and Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. He started his career in technical roles in the polymer industry with Henkel GmBH moving on to more senior roles with Mydrin (which became part of Total). A globally recognized expert in bioplastics, John has also worked as Head of Biomaterials at the National Non-Food Crops Centre (NNFCC); a Task Force member of Green Alliance Circular Economy Panel; Member of the Industrial Biotech Leadership Forum; an advisor to BEIS and Ellen MacArthur; Member of the BPF Technical & Sustainability Committee; Founding Member and previous Technical Director at the Bio-based and Biodegradable Industries Association (BBIA); and serves on the Green Economy Panel of Leeds City region.

Guy Broadbent

Guy has over 25 years of executive leadership and investment experience in specialty materials and life science technologies, ranging from large public companies, through mid-market private equity as well as early stage venture capital. Previously, he was President and CEO of Argotec LLC, a producer of specialty polyurethane films which Guy acquired with PE firm Wind Point Partners before it was acquired by SWM. Prior to this, he was President and CEO of Xcellerex Inc., a life sciences technology company which revolutionized biotech manufacturing technology. Xcellerex was sold to GE Healthcare in 2012. Guy has held board positions at a number of successful private equity and venture backed companies and is currently on the board of Aurora Plastics and Paragon Films. Guy is an Executive Advisory Partner with Wind Point Partners and, through his company Vector Advisors, he also provides advice, executive coaching and investment to a number of other companies. Earlier in his career Guy was a senior executive at Thermo Fisher Scientific and also held various commercial and general management positions at Honeywell International and General Electric. He is a graduate of Loughborough University in the U.K. and spent eight years living and working in continental Europe before relocating to the U.S.A.

The service offering incorporates a host of different disciplines to provide customers with one integrated service and engineered solutions. Alan has been an integral part to building the Aquapak business from a humble beginning to its current position.

Lew has had a life-long experience in the plastics industry building innovative technology companies into global businesses and creating substantial shareholder value. Most notably, Lew was Founder and CEO of Venture Tape for 28 years, and most recently he was CEO and a founder of T6 Health Systems, developing leading-edge technologies for real-time collection and analysis of clinical, operational and financial data in the care of trauma and acute care surgery patients.
